Grassroots To Champions Ankle Buzzer Video (Sheila Thelen)

Sheila demonstrated an Ankle Buzzer developed by Audrey Weisiger and available from Audrey”sGrassroots to Champions site.  The ankle buzzer can be incredibly helpful for skaters with problems getting their feet together in the air.  Interestingly, by wearing and using the buzzer, some skaters correctly and automatically adjust their take-off technique to allow them to get ankle contact in the air.  For some skaters, this training aid is a savior.
