In this Dartfish analysis (Dartfish is  the computer program used to analyze the video), Chris Conte discusses many aspects of double axel technique.  Much of the discussion focuses on actual movements of the skater but there is also some discussion of jump height and “air time.”  This kind of analysis can be very helpful in identifying problems and optimizing jump technique, especially for the double axel and all the triples and quads.
