Trevor, great job on the break down of the take off… It is a really hard concept for skaters and coaches – to see how that right foot moves through. GREAT JOB!
Trevor, I like the straight leg kick through, it means the skater can hit into a tight flight position faster, I did not spot the lack of kick through at full motion, it only became apparent to me in slow motion. Awwwwwsome!
Thanks Trevor, I love this video! Yeah, I actually picked out the leg not coming through! I have learned to teach the double toe differently, bringing the leg through a little more in an H position. I like the straighter leg and I am going to try it tomorrow! THANKS!
