Computer Video Analysis of Double/Triple Salchow
This video is a continuation of a previous Chris Conte double salchow analysis. This clip stands on it’s own aside from a few references to that previous video.
The analysis is performed by the brilliant Chris Conte.

Thank you Chris! I picked up some great tips! I look forward to seeing more of your videos. I have really learned so much from all of them!
Keep the ideas coming. I enjoy your work and was greatful to have worked with you for a day. It has been great to be able to verify what I do with someone else.
Interestingly, Chris, Kiri and I both do sals with that arm position, but I don’t remember ever being taught that way. Our early videos do not show doubles that way, but somehow by tripling we’ve both picked it up. I have debated whether or not to teach the jump that way with my own skaters. I’m interested to hear the opinions of more experienced coaches than I with their choices for arm position. It is an area that I have had only my skating experience to draw upon, with little discussion from a technical perspective as a coach. Thanks so much, Chris and Trevor!
Thanks so much Chris! I really appreciate your insightful video analysis.
