Nick Perna continues his discussion of the lutz jump.  In this video he discusses entry options and what to look for when using one of the various setups.  He shares which setup he prefers and gives clear reasons.

This is the third in a series of outstanding videos from Nick on the lutz jump.  The earlier videos, part 1 andpart 2, were two of the highest rated videos at iCoachSkating.com in 2008.  This is another good one.

    Thanks Nick! I have a student that does the inside and then the outside at the last minute and I was not sure that it was correct to see the edge change on the print. I had heard other coaches who do not allow an edge change, so this clarifies a lot for me! Details like this help me so much!
