Sheila shows how to use a Champion Cord to improve the stretch of a spiral. Sheila is the President of Champion Cords and she obviously has a lot of experience with this. Champion Cords have become a very popular training aid and you’ll see why in this video. Sheila briefly references and “easy way” to get a full split spiral. (It’s not so easy.)

Hi Sheila, nice! I wonder if you would be able to add a few more champion cord techniques for spins, and different problems when encountering spins. I had a great time with them when I came down to Fairfax. Maybe the opposite cord technique on the spiral may help those “dog at a tree” camel spins when the kids start learning them…..!
