Tom explains the “bell jump” drill he uses to develop quickness. Summer and Taylor demonstrate the bell and the “cross-over jump” with the waltz jump. Quickness from this drill is helpful for double axel. Taylor also demonstrates flip bell jump. Summer demonstrates another drill that Tom has his skaters learn before trying bell jumps called Back Swivel Pop and Barrel Roll.
